
Equipserv UK achieves ISO 45001:2018 Certification
Equipserv UK – the UK’s leading independent service, maintenance and repair provider for waste handling, recycling and backstage equipment, has received a new ISO 45001 certification from independent certification institute, British Assessment Bureau.
ISO 45001 replaces the former OHSAS 18001 certification, and is the world’s most recognised standard for work-related safety and health.
The company have also successfully passed their ISO 9001 re-certification and their 14001 re-certification.
These certificates demonstrate the company’s commitment to structure and planning in the field of health and safety at work.
The business recognises the importance of robust business processes which allows the integration of their business model into the structure of each standard and mitigates the inherent risks associated with their key activities. This also supports the businesses continual improvement programme to enact growth and customer satisfaction.
Equipserv UK have field-based engineers strategically based throughout the UK to ensure waste handling equipment is maintained and performing at maximum efficiency as well as responding to emergency call outs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
