We offer a range of Product Services for equipment, including fully comprehensive, semi-comprehensive, service plans (PPM), and on-call support for breakdowns. Asset Management is a crucial function that encompasses asset lists, equipment condition reports, Health & Safety surveys, oil sampling, and parts fault analysis.
Contract management plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of our products and services. It encompasses SLA and KPI arrangements to guarantee auditable compliance with legal and administrative requirements. Regular meetings are held at customer and supplier sites to maintain effective contractual management.
Our dedicated account management, facilitated by the Customer Service Team, focuses on building strong customer relationships. They serve as the primary point of contact, handling various aspects of job activity including service scheduling, quotation for remedial work, problem-solving, and MIS reporting, thus ensuring transparency throughout the process.
Supporting the account management function is our Engineering Services Team, who provide cost-effective and robust engineering solutions for equipment. With strategically located engineers throughout the UK specializing in areas such as electrics, fabrication, hydraulics, and mechanical expertise, we ensure prompt diagnosis and aim for a first-time fix. Our fleet of vans carries fast-moving parts, and we have access to a mature supply chain network for more specialized items.
Efficient communication is crucial, and each engineer is equipped with a PDA unit and van tracker to enable job allocation and scheduling adjustments. This allows for quick responses to Health & Safety incidents and on-route diversions for parts and consumables. Our vans are treated as parts locations for replenishment and auditing purposes.
Photographs play a vital role in documenting equipment conditions and asset performance, serving as valuable visual references for asset management.
We take pride in our industry certifications, including ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001, and ISO: 45001, which demonstrate our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and health and safety. Additionally, we hold the SAFE Contractor accreditation, ensuring compliance for working on-site, with annual renewal requirements.
The above policies are supported by their objectives which are summarised opposite.
We aim to provide a professional and ethical service to our clients.
