Sitting within the Finance team is the HR function of the business which manages staff welfare & training .
This is delivered by Human Focus (ROSPA approved) our online approved training provider who offer a modular training programme on key areas of our SMR activity.
All of our engineers carry out the training in a secure environment and a certificate is issued on successful completion which is kept in their HR file.
A master training matrix is maintained with any other relevant qualifications for release where requested.
