- Service (PPM) – scheduling is set in line with equipment requirements
- Breakdown Attendance – working within agreed authorisation limit to minimise time on-site & maximise 1st time fix ratio
- Quoted Work – specification of work to include breakdown of labour & parts cost for transparency of activity
As part of meeting site protocols, risk assessments and method statements are issued to include lifting plans for more bespoke quote work.
