

In support to the Field-based Engineers and the Customer Service Team – there is the provision of technical support in the more bespoke areas or high-level diagnosis of equipment failure and resolution – to maintain the delivery of a 1st time fix and the continued operation of the equipment.
This area takes the lead in the specification of our refurbished work to ensure compliance to required engineering standards.
It is also responsible for the supply chain management of parts and consumables for effective stock management for the vehicle fleet, the factory unit and for selected site locations.
This is delivered by a network of suppliers all of which are subject to approval and annual audit.
All of which ensure we have the right part, right place, right time, right engineer.
