Equipserv UK will not offer you a fixed set of solutions but will address your specific needs and identify a plan that is best for you. We have a range of service plans to suit all needs and requirements from fully comprehensive plans, to bespoke break down repair plans. See our full range of plans below.

Service Plan - Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)

 

The Service Plan is tailored to the equipment type, ensuring compliance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and safe operation. It includes planned service visits per year, agreed dates, specific tasks, and a fixed price invoiced upon completion.

Service visits cover travel, labour, lubrication, minor adjustments, and engineer inspection reports. Repair work not covered will be cost-detailed and require authorisation via a purchase order.

Repairs affecting safety are immediately reported to site management.

Inclusions:

  • Planned service visits with checklists (safety, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, functional testing).
  • Quarterly condition assessments.
  • Reporting non-compliance, misuse, or damage.
  • Remedial work charged at agreed rates.
  • Breakdowns during normal hours, with out-of-hours at extra cost.
  • Maintenance documentation provided on request.
  • Spare parts charged at agreed rates.

Service Plan - No-Contract

 

The No-Contract Plan offers breakdown and repair services for customers without a formal Equipserv UK Ltd maintenance contract.

We schedule and allocate engineers for reported breakdowns or authorized remedial work, invoicing for travel, labor, parts, materials, and potential after-hours charges.

Breakdowns are scheduled during regular hours unless requested otherwise by the customer, incurring additional costs.

Administration:

We provide maintenance documentation and data upon customer request.

Service Plan - Budget

 

The Service Budget Plan is tailored for customers seeking a budgeted maintenance option, spreading the cost of annual service inspections over 12 monthly payments.

This plan ensures compliance with manufacturer recommendations and safe equipment operation. It includes scheduled visits, covering specific inspection tasks, travel, lubrication, minor adjustments, and an engineer’s report.

Inclusions typically encompass planned service visits, inspections (safety, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, functional), annual condition assessments, and reporting on non-compliance or misuse.

Remedial work identified during inspections is costed and requires customer authorisation via a purchase order.

Breakdowns, authorised by the customer, are scheduled during regular hours unless requested otherwise.

We provide maintenance documentation and data upon request. Spare parts are billed at agreed rates.

Exclusions:

  • Customer power supply, isolators, cables, protection devices, and unlisted auxiliary equipment are not covered.
  • Repairs due to customer power supply, auxiliary equipment, or third-party modifications are not included.
  • Equipment damage caused by the customer or third-party suppliers is not covered, with related costs billed to the customer.

Service Plan - Semi Comprehensive

 

The Semi Comprehensive Service Plan caters to older waste management equipment that cannot be covered by the Fully Comprehensive Service Plan without a full refurbishment. It includes manufacturer-recommended inspections, repairs, and safety measures.

The plan encompasses pre-agreed annual service visits, specific inspection tasks, travel, lubrication, minor adjustments, and engineer’s reports. Emergency breakdown call-out charges, travel time, labour (within regular hours), and replacement of serviceable parts/components are included.

For repairs not covered, Equipserv UK Ltd seeks customer authorisation via a purchase order.

Inclusions consist of planned service visits, inspections (safety, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, functional), condition assessments, and reporting on non-compliance or misuse. Remedial work covered by the plan is conducted or scheduled.

General exclusions apply, including neglect, misuse, operator maintenance neglect, customer power supply, third-party modifications, and customer-caused equipment damage, with associated costs billed to the customer.

Service Plan - Comprehensive

 

The Fully Comprehensive Service Plan caters to both new and refurbished waste management equipment, depending on its age and service history.

It ensures compliance with manufacturer recommendations and safe equipment operation. The plan includes pre-agreed service visits, specific inspection tasks, identifying and addressing remedial/repair work covered in the plan.

The Fully Comprehensive Service Plan covers travel, emergency breakdown call-out charges (within regular hours), and replacement of all serviceable parts/components unless excluded.

Inclusions

Inclusions consist of planned service visits, inspections (safety, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, functional), condition assessments, and reporting on non-compliance or misuse. Remedial work covered by the plan is conducted or scheduled.
